Z-Property is our advanced housing management system for FiveM. It allows players to buy, sell, and manage their properties directly from the UCP or in-game.
ox_doorlock. When a property is created or purchased, the corresponding doorlocks are automatically generated and linked to the owner/keyholders.As a player, you can view available properties directly on the map in-game or browse the UCP real estate listings (if enabled by server admins).
Property inventories are persistent. Ensure you pay your property taxes (if enabled) to avoid foreclosure.
You can share access to your house via the Player Hub > Properties tab. Add a player's ID to grant them a copy of the key. Keyholders can access the stash, wardrobe, and lock/unlock the front door.
