Z-UCP was developed with a strong focus on privacy. We strictly adhere to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union.
All data of your project as well as that of your players are stored on servers in Germany (EU). This ensures a high level of protection and short transmission paths.
According to Art. 28 GDPR, as a server operator you need a Data Processing Agreement with us, as we process personal data (e.g., Steam IDs, Discord identifiers) on your behalf.
In your project settings, you can view and conclude our digital DPA with one click. You will receive a copy for your records.
Z-UCP offers your players integrated tools for exercising their data subject rights:
You can store your own links to your legal notice and privacy policy for your UCP. These will be automatically displayed in the footer of your panel.
We provide templates for privacy policies that you can adapt to your project.
